Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will also grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance where applicable, while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Build relationships and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the insurance products that best fit their needs.
