Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in a high-velocity environment. You will also have opportunities to broaden your book with homeowners or health insurance where applicable, building lasting relationships and delivering value to clients.

The role emphasizes growing earnings through a strong inbound pipeline, comprehensive training, and a supportive mentorship culture within a large national network.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred, but the company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
