Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators achieve affordable insurance and financial security. You will build and manage an agency within an exclusive territory, selling a comprehensive multiline product portfolio and leveraging top-tier technology and training.

This role offers performance-based compensation with incentives, a dedicated service representative, and the freedom of no external office for 2 years, empowering you to grow your business in a niche market.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency within an exclusive territory.

What We’re Looking For:
