Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators protect their financial future. This role offers competitive 1099 compensation with a comprehensive 48-month incentive package and earning incentives based on activity and success.

You will have an exclusive territory in a niche market, cutting-edge technology, and a multiline product portfolio to meet client needs. No external office is required for 2 years as you build your network and business.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, P&C.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions for affordable educator insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships with clients.
• Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
