Horace Mann invites motivated individuals to join as Exclusive Insurance Agents. This role focuses on delivering affordable insurance solutions to educators while building a personal agency.

You’ll leverage Horace Mann’s product portfolio, training, and technology to serve clients and grow your business with a dedicated service rep handling client service work. Expect a 1099 compensation structure, performance incentives, and an exclusive territory designed to maximize your earnings and success

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
