Job summary

Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is expanding and seeks a Customer Service Agent who will grow into an Insurance Agent. You will deliver WOW-level service, assist with payments, and manage a steady stream of inbound/outbound calls to educate clients on insurance options.

Training is paid, benefits are offered, and there is room for leadership growth in a fast-growing company. Applicants fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply and must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW-level customer service to all customers with enthusiasm and care.
• Assist customers with payments in-person and over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls efficiently.
• Meet with potential clients to Assess and Educate on insurance products.
• Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and generate company leads to build lasting client relationships.
