Job summary

Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Coachella, CA. You will deliver WOW-level service, assist payments in-person and by phone, and educate clients on insurance products while building lasting relationships.

Paid training, uncapped commissions, full-time schedule 35-45 hours, benefits available, and leadership opportunities in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; A.A. is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly encouraged to apply.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW-level customer service to all customers with enthusiasm and care.
• Assist customers with payments in-person and over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls efficiently.
• Meet with potential clients to assess and educate on insurance products.
