Job summary

Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is seeking a highly capable Customer Service Agent to deliver WOW-level service and support across payments, inquiries, and lead generation. The role trains quickly to grow into an Insurance Agent, with uncapped commission potential and paid training.

Full-time position with 35–45 hour weeks, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. Authorized US work status and a willingness to obtain a Personal Lines License are required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to

Qualifications

• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW-level customer service to all customers with enthusiasm and care
• Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and make outbound calls efficiently
• Meet with potential clients to Assess and Educate on insurance products
• Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Manage and generate company leads to build lasting client relationships
