Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators protect their financial futures using a comprehensive multiline product portfolio and cutting-edge technology.

You will develop your own agency under a 1099 compensation model with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, dedicated service support, and an exclusive territory designed to maximize opportunity for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships with clients and groups.
• Confidently present products to individuals and groups.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events.
