Job summary

Horace Mann Educators Corporation seeks an Exclusive Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This role features a performance-based 1099 compensation structure with a leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly rewards to motivate early achievement.

You’ll be supported by a Premier Service Representative, a broad multiline product portfolio, and cutting-edge technology, with market-specific programs to help you build and sustain relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required.
• Life and Health, Property and Casualty licenses required.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
