Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators plan their financial futures with a comprehensive portfolio and cutting-edge technology. You’ll build relationships, present tailored insurance and financial solutions, and support clients with premier service.

The role offers a competitive 1099 compensation model with a 48-month incentive package and earning incentives designed to reward activity, performance, and growth in your exclusive market.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License, Property and Casualty License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
