Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent. This 1099, performance-based opportunity focuses on educators, offering a niche territory, advanced technology, and a full multiline product portfolio.

You will build a personal agency, nurture relationships, and drive sales with dedicated support and first-rate incentives. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in insurance/financial services and the state licenses for Life, Health, Property & Casualty, with potential FINRA Series 6/63

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
