Responsibilities:

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
• Solicit new business and maintain current business to meet sales goals
• Build relationships with customers and educate them on suitable products
• Accurately handle transactions and deposits, with documentation in the management system

Ideal Candidate:

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Ambitious and motivated for career growth
• Excellent communication skills
