What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build relationships with existing customers to expand business
• Accurately handle currency transactions and deposit with documentation in the management system
• Educate and advise customers on suitable products, leveraging client relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up, multi-tasking, and communication skills
• Ambitious with a desire for career growth
