Job summary

Horace Mann invites experienced insurance professionals to join as Exclusive Agents. You’ll own a defined territory with no overlap, receive competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation and a 48-month incentive package.

A dedicated service representative and access to a comprehensive product portfolio will support you in building your agency. Success hinges on educating educators, establishing market access, and proactive networking, with ongoing training and relationship-building programs

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
