Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to join our team in the Salem, OR area. You will manage your own agency within a defined territory, focusing on affordable insurance solutions and financial services for educators.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Ability to build and manage an exclusive agency with a defined territory.
• Licenses: Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty (if applicable).
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
