Horace Mann - Agent Opportunities seeks energetic Exclusive Insurance Agents to build and manage a book of business serving educators in a protected territory. You will operate under a 1099 compensation model with incentives and dedicated support.

You will leverage cutting-edge tools and a multiline product portfolio to provide affordable insurance solutions and financial security for educators. Training and ongoing development are provided; no external office is required for two years.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
