Job summary

Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security while building a self-sustaining agency. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio to grow your client base.

Expect performance-based compensation, incentives during the initial years, and a dedicated service representative to support client work as you establish your own territory and network.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
