Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking entrepreneurial insurance professionals to help educators achieve financial security through a commission-based model and a 48-month incentive package. A Premier Service Rep will support client service, and a multiline product portfolio will back your market growth.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will build client relationships, deliver tailored financial solutions, and expand your agency through networking, events, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred; and
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License
• GainFINRA Series 6 & 63 if applicable in certain regions.
