Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in California to assist educators with affordable insurance and financial security through a comprehensive product portfolio. You will build and manage your agency, develop market access, and present tailored solutions to groups and individuals using cutting-edge technology.

You will benefit from an industry-leading incentive plan, dedicated support, and ongoing training to grow your independent practice and network within the educational community.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License.
• Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
