Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty General Lines license in Texas is required.
• Preferred experience in Personal Lines and some Commercial Lines.
• Life & Health Licenses with Life Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales is advantageous.

• Work side by side with an experienced Farmers Agent Mentor.
• Learn sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
