Job summary

Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent to support educators in protecting their futures with a comprehensive product portfolio and tech-enabled operations.

You will work in an exclusive territory, leveraging incentives and a dedicated service representative to grow your independent agency and increase your impact in the education community.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Focus on achieving market access and building strong relationships.
