Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to serve educators. As an independent contractor, you will build and manage your client base, present insurance and financial solutions, and operate with minimal supervision.

You’ll leverage Horace Mann's product portfolio and support resources to grow a sustainable business, network in local communities, and deliver personalized service. No external office is required; you’ll establish your operations within 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
