Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security. Build an independent agency with no external office for 2 years, while leveraging Horace Mann’s resources and product portfolio.

You will network, present solutions to groups and individuals, and develop market access through relationships and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required.
• Life and Health, Property & Casualty licenses preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an exclusive agency in a niche market for educators.

What We're Looking For:
