Confie, including its family of brands, is hiring an Insurance Agent in Carson City, NV. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, leveraging inbound leads and walk-in traffic while earning commissions and bonuses.

The role includes comprehensive training and licensing support, with a strong growth culture. The package features uncapped commissions, a $50k–$80k base range, sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and a full benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers.
• Offer auto, homeowners, and health insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Establish rapport and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
