Confie, including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and other brands, is hiring for Insurance Agent - Sales, Customer Service in Galveston, TX. The role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers from inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As an Insurance Agent you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to reach targets.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and deposits with proper documentation.
