Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring an Insurance Agent - Sales and Customer Service in Texas. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, handle inbound leads and walk-ins, and meet sales production goals.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, unlimited commission, comprehensive paid training and licensing, a strong benefits package, 401K matching, and a wellness program. High school diploma or GED and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and educate on product choices.
• Accurately document transactions and deposits in agency system.
