Job summary

Confie, together with its family of companies, is hiring an Insurance Agent in Baytown, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will handle inbound leads and assist walk-ins.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• License preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production targets.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that fit their needs
