Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers at our Houston offices. You will work with inbound leads and walk-in traffic, striving to reach and exceed sales goals while building long-term customer relationships.

We provide comprehensive paid training and licensing with ongoing mentorship, plus a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate handling of currency transactions and deposits with documentation in agency system.
• Educate customers on products that best fit their needs.
