Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable coverage and financial security. You will leverage an exclusive territory, advanced tools, and a dedicated service representative to grow your business.

This 1099, performance-based role offers incentives, quarterly production bonuses, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio. No external office is required for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Resident state licenses for life & health, and property & casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
