Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial plans. This remote, field-based role offers a 1099 compensation structure with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives to reward strong performance.

You will focus on market access, building relationships, and presenting products to groups and individuals, supported by a dedicated service representative and cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
