Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to join our team and help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will build your own agency with the backing of Horace Mann’s premier service and product portfolio.

You’ll operate under a 1099 compensation structure with incentives tied to performance in the first years, supported by dedicated service and training to grow your business through market access and relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
