Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Alabama to build and own a niche agency with a dedicated support system. You’ll leverage an exclusive territory, a comprehensive multiline product portfolio, and ongoing training to grow your business.

Expect competitive 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, quarterly production incentives, and a dedicated service representative to handle client work while you focus on growth and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
