Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Agent and build your own agency with 1099 compensation and incentives. You'll access a niche market, cutting-edge technology, and ongoing training to grow your operation.

As part of Horace Mann, you’ll leverage a comprehensive multiline product portfolio and a Premier Service team to support client work while you focus on expansion and relationship-building within educator communities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred.
• Residency with required state General Lines Insurance Licenses.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (where applicable).

• Sell and service a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to educators and groups.
• Build and manage your agency with market access and relationship-building programs.
• Work with Premier Service Representative to handle client service work while you grow your business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
