Farmers Insurance in Kansas City is offering an Agent Apprentice Program to develop future insurance professionals and business leaders through paid training, licensed sponsorship, and structured mentorship.

This program is not a traditional sales role; you will gain hands-on coaching, access to Farmers systems, and a clear pathway to leadership within the Farmers agency network.

Year One - Employed by Kelly OCG on assignment with Farmers Insurance
