Job summary

Bighorn Law is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agent Apprentices. You will learn to work with prospective clients, assess insurance needs, and explain coverage options under close mentorship.

You’ll build communication, sales, follow-up and relationship-building skills through hands-on training and ongoing coaching. Flexible scheduling is available, and candidates pursuing an insurance license will receive licensing path support.

Qualifications

• Must already have an insurance license or be pursuing one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to build a career in sales and client service.

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agent Apprentices. You’ll learn how to work directly with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help them make informed decisions.

You’ll receive training and mentorship as you develop your communication, sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Your day-to-day work will include speaking with prospective clients, identifying their needs, explaining insurance options, answering questions, following up with prospects, and building long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, is coachable, dependable, and motivated to build a career based on their own performance.

Flexible scheduling is available.

Candidates must already have an insurance license or currently be in the process of obtaining one.
