American Family Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to become Agents who will operate as independent contractors, representing American Family and its products. You will build and manage your agency, drive sales, and work toward long‑term growth and stability in your own business.

You will own your agency, hire and lead a team, and focus on growth while delivering financial stability and a positive impact on customers' lives. The path rewards commitment, initiative, and community trust.

Formación

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit and criminal background check.
