American Family Insurance is seeking an ambitious agent in Minnesota to own and manage an agency, driving sales and growth while delivering financial stability to policyholders.

As an independent contractor, you’ll build your own book of business, recruit and lead a local team, and partner with American Family to provide tailored insurance solutions. Candidate must obtain required licenses and pass background checks.

As an insurance agent, you'll be responsible for your agency's overall management, sales, and growth. You'll also hire your team and work with them to meet the strategic business goals you set.
