The Pritchett Agency is seeking a people-first leader to build and mentor a team of agents focused on helping families understand and choose the right life insurance protection. You'll work remotely with a warm-lead system, receive mentorship from experienced team leaders, and participate in a commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential.
