Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Exceed customer satisfaction goals and expectations.
• Establish relationships with customers, provide follow-up service and be proactive in maintaining contact.
• Ask each customer for referrals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client prospect lists.
• Prospect for new business utilizing leads generated from referrals, networking, warm-calling, and databases.
• Achieve monthly sales quota of just $30,000 per month. (1-2 sales/days)

Requirements

• A Massachusetts property & casualty license is a bonus but will train and develop talented people with a desire to achieve and grow with us.
• Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Respond to all inquiries, customer requests, and sales opportunities on a deadline.
