Role Description

The Insurance Agent is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lincoln, NE, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. In this role, the agent will consult with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, present suitable policy options, and explain coverage details, terms, and pricing. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing renewals and policy changes. The agent will respond to client inquiries, assist with claims-related questions, and maintain accurate records in agency systems. The role also involves meeting sales targets, staying current with insurance products and regulations, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality client service.
