Role Description The Insurance Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in any of 50 states and Puerto Rico. In this role, the Insurance Agent will meet with clients to assess their insurance needs, explain policy options, and recommend suitable coverage for individuals and families. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on renewals and policy changes. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with team members, respond to client inquiries, and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience. The role may also involve participating in community outreach and informational sessions to build awareness of available insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and ethically.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage environments, including working with multiple carriers and product lines.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance to help clients understand how insurance fits into broader financial planning.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Relevant licensing or eligibility to obtain required insurance licenses in Texas.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and comfort with in-person client interactions.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Zoom, TX and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is an asset.
