Perry Metzler - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join a growing Charleston agency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

The role focuses on greeting clients, managing schedules, handling inquiries, and supporting daily office operations while offering insurance options and maintaining records with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
