Kali Render State Farm is seeking an organized and motivated intern to support insurance agents with administrative duties and customer outreach in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will assist with inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy changes, while learning the basics of client education and business development. This internship emphasizes hands-on experience and a sales-minded approach to build your career.

Competenze

• Must be a full-time student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program during the internship.
• Coursework or interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, handling inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
