Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is launching an Early Career Program with an Agency Associate role in Missouri. You will rotate through Business Insurance, Employee Health & Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety, or Retirement to learn each area and build a broad foundation for a future specialization.

Successful candidates typically start with a High School diploma and MS Office proficiency, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple practice areas and complete daily tasks.

• Prepare for a practice-area focused career path based on interests and business needs.

A day in the life

As our Agency Associate in our Early Career Program, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of business, allowing you to learn each practice area, and complete daily tasks in three to four areas on a rotational basis. You will learn how to effectively handle new business, renewal business, and customer service needs inside Business Insurance, Employee Health and Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety, or Retirement practices, in preparation for beginning a practice area focused career path. Upon successful completion of the program, practice area focus will be based on interest, interview and testing process, and business needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
