Job summary

SoFi seeks an experienced insurance agent to grow the SoFi Protect business, selling Life, Home, and Auto insurance to members and guiding them through coverage conversations. You will help build core processes for selling insurance at SoFi while delivering exceptional member experiences via email, chat, and phone.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, manage leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the Protect product suite in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential and current members via phone, email, text, and chat to assist with their insurance needs.
• Receive new leads and manage a pipeline of both SoFi members and direct-to-consumer leads.
• Drive the entire lifecycle of the insurance sale from intake to quoting to fulfillment, navigating providers.
