Symmetry Financial Group seeks driven agents to learn, build, and inspire while helping families protect loved ones. Prior experience in sales or insurance is preferred but not required.

You will consult with clients to determine life insurance needs and meet virtually using our lead system. Expect mentorship, flexible remote work, and a strong leads program to support your growth.

Pay:

• 1099 contractor; commissions only (learn how commissions work here)
• Part-Time Uncapped Potential: estimated $30,000–$60,000+ / first year (15–20 hrs/week)
• Full-Time Uncapped Potential: estimated $84,000–$160,000+ / first year (35–45 hrs/week)
