Qualifications

• Active Indiana Property and Casualty producer license obtained by start date.
• Will have 30 days to get life and health producer license.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation and scheduling.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
• Serve customer's needs utilizing our wide array of insurance products.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Make outbound calls.
