Anthony Cecchini - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will build strong customer relationships, identify needs, and promote State Farm products and services through proactive outreach.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, service orientation, and the ability to anticipate client requirements while working with agency departments to satisfy those needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
