Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, professional service to existing customers by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with policy questions, account updates, billing questions, documentation, renewals, and other service needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Review customer accounts and identify opportunities for additional products, coverage, and multiline relationships.
• Have needs-based conversations to understand customers’ insurance needs and provide available product and coverage options.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, coverage recommendations, policy changes, and outstanding needs.
• Generate sales opportunities through everyday customer service interactions.
• Support customer retention and help strengthen relationships with our existing book of business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complete necessary follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office service, retention, and sales goals.
